DSCGT targets undergraduate and graduate students, which means most of our members are keeping up with both academics and extracurriculars. Likewise, missing an event due to unawareness caused by hectic schedules can be a critical issue, which Marketing Lead is certainly responsible for. As a solution, I suggested creating a Facebook group that functions as a marketing vehicle that notifies our members of events, announcements, or updates. The design above was attached to the mass emails sent out to encourage group joining. "Join, be notified, and code." was my motto.
